He wrote the first epistle to the Church at Corinth. In Chapter 11 he refers to the Headship of Christ and man and woman's appointed place in divine order but Mary is not mentioned at all.

He wrote the second epistle to the Church at Corinth. In chapter 11, he refers to the deception of Eve by the Serpent. He could have referred to Mary as a wonderful example and as the antitype of Eve, but he does no such thing.

He wrote an epistle to the Churches of Galatia. He makes four references to the cross of Christ and his suffering for our sins. However, he says nothing about Mary having any part in it. In chapter 4:4-5 he says, 'when the fullness of time was come, God sent forth his son, made of a woman, made under the law, to redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.' Although he refers to the incarnation and humanity of Christ he does not extol Mary. In Chapter 2 it is recorded that Paul had to rebuke Peter publically over doctrinal error.

He wrote an epistle to the Church at Ephesus. In it, two of Paul's prayers are recorded but he does not mention Mary. He also tells wives to 'submit yourselves unto your own husbands'. He could have mentioned the submissiveness of Mary but he does not. Instead, he presents Christ as the example for husbands.

He wrote an epistle to the Church at Philippi. He mentions 2 women in this epistle that were at variance. Would this not have been another grand opportunity to set the virtues of Mary before them? In Chapter 2 he makes a classic detailed reference to the humanity and humility of Christ without making any reference to Mary.

He wrote an epistle to the Church at Colossae. He extols the glories of Christ but not even a hint that Mary shares in these glories or has any of her own.

He wrote the first epistle to the Church at Thessalonica. He mentions 'prayers' 'pray' and 'praying' five times but never suggests it should be directed to Mary. In Chapter 4 he writes to comfort those whose loved ones have died and remind them that Christ will come again and the dead and living believers will be caught up together to meet the Lord in the air. With regard to this glorious event, he makes no mention whatsoever of Mary.

He wrote the second epistle to the Church at Thessalonica. In Chapter 2 he refers to 'apostasy', and the 'revelation of the man of sin' in the last days. However, he never suggests that Mary has any intercessory part in stemming this serious departure from the faith.

He wrote an important epistle to the Church at Rome, comprising 16 chapters - 404 verses. It has been described as, 'the fullest and must closely reasoned statement we have on the basic Christian truths. It is Paul's gospel manifesto.' Yet, Mary has no part in it. In the last chapter he mentions 29 individuals by name - 9 of whom are women but makes no mention of Mary whatsoever.

He wrote two pastoral epistles to Timothy. In Chapter 2 of the first epistle he refers to Eve. Yet he never suggests that Mary is the antitype of Eve. In Chapter 5 he refers to older and younger women and older and younger widows but not a word about the example of Mary.
In the second epistle he refers to women on 4 occasions without any reference to Mary.

He wrote a pastoral epistle to Titus. He refers to the behaviour of the aged women and young women in Chapter 2. Would this not have been an excellent opportunity to refer to Mary as the greatest example? However, he does not.

He wrote the letter to Philemon and to the church in his house. It is a carefully penned letter about a run-away slave who is returning to his 'owner'. He makes no mention of Mary.
